Preparation
Prepare 2 monologues - each lasting 2 minutes or less - one comic, one dramatic; also to be considered for musicals prepare up to 1 minute song selection - bring sheet music in appropriate key, accompanist provided.

Frankenstein (Play) - Dramatized by Tim Kelly, from the classic by Mary Shelley - Roles (4 males, 4 females): Victor Frankenstein - a young scientist; Elizabeth - Victor's financee; Henry - Victor's friend, also a scientist; The Creature - an artificially created man; Frau Frankenstein - Victor's mother; Ernst - an Inspector-General of the police; Sophie - a housekeeper; Justine - a gypsy girl

Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks (Play) - By Richard Alfieri - Roles (1 female, 1 male): Lily Harrison - an attractive woman who looks several years younger than her actual seventy two; Michael Minetti - an attractive man in his late 30's/early 40's trying to look 10 years younger. Both roles require actors who can dance/move well

Little Shop of Horrors (Musical) - Book and Lyrics by Howard Ashman, Music by Alan Menken - Roles (4 males, 4 females): Seymour - insecure, naïve, put-upon, florist's clerk hero; Audrey - Billie Dawn-like, sweet, vunerable, secret love of Seymour's life; Mr. Mushnik - a failure of a East Side florist, Eastern Europe New Yorker, rarely smiles; Orin - tall, dark, handsome dentist with a leather jacket and sadistic tendencies, versatile actor needed since Orin also plays 8 other characters in the musical; Crystal, Ronnette, and Chiffon - 3 black (or ethnic) street urchins, young, hip, smart; Voice of The Plant - a street-smart, funky villian - a cross between Barry White, Otis Redding, and Wolfman Jack
