SHERLOCK HOLMES: THE FINAL ADVENTURE By: Steven Dietz

Doctor Watson (35-50) – Solid, dependable, loyal, trusted. He’s the narrator, so he needs to be able to connect to the audience and tell a good story. A dependable sidekick. (Standard British)

Irene Adler (25-40) - A renowned opera diva (no singing required). Smart, fiery, cunning, passionate, strong-willed. She can match Holmes’ intellect and spin a mean aria. (American)

Professor Moriarty (35-50) – The villain. He is brilliant, evil, cunning, charismatic, and in control. Evil personified. (Standard British)

The King of Bohemia (30-50) – Impulsive, emotional, regal, stubborn, narcissistic, a bit of a dimbulb. He is in love with Irene Adler. (Austrian-German)

James Larrabee (30-45) - Moriarty’s henchman. He poses as someone he isn’t, therefore requiring a change in accent/dialect. An intelligent conman. A swindler with a dubious moral compass. (Standard British/Cockney)

Madge Larrabee (30-45) – James’ sister. Moriarty’s henchwoman. Adept at play-acting. The female version of James. (British/French)

Sid Prince (30-50) – Moriarty’s hitman. A thug, not too bright. A colorful criminal with gun/safe picking skills. May double as a policeman, clergyman, etc. (Cockney)
