Seeking
Equity actors for our 2013-2014 seaon. Shows include THE VISIT, BLOOD WEDDING, TARTUFFE and MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG. Roles are available in all shows.

Preparation
Please prepare a one to two minute monologue in the style of the piece for which you wish to be considered. Singers, please prepare a song in the style of the show and bring sheet music in the proper key. Please bring a resume and headshot.

Breakdown

This is an open call for our 2013-2014 season. Actors will receive a callback for specific productions, as applicable. Mary Moody Northen Theatre encourages all qualified artists to audition and casts without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, veteran or disability status.

THE VISIT - seeking 2 men for the roles of THE MAYOR and THE BUTLER. This is an ensemble show and will be physically demanding. Bonus if you can tell a great joke.

BLOOD WEDDING - Seeking one male, age range 50 - 75 for THE FATHER and one female, age 50 -75 for THE MOTHER.

TARTUFFE - Seeking one female to play MADAME PERNELLE, Orgon's mother, age range 55 - 70. Also seeking a male to play ORGON, husband of Elmire, son on Madame Pernelle and father of Mariane and Damis. Age Range 38 -48. Seeking woman to play ELMIRE, Orgon's second wife. Age range 30 - 40. The age ranges are guidelines only.

MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG: seeking 2 male tenors, age range 25 - 45, to play Franklin Shepard and Charley Kringas. There will be a third Equity roll in the show which has yet to be determined - feel free to enquire when you call to make an appointment.
