LENIN: 50s-60s - Revolutionary, politician, theorist. Dead. Tells a mean joke.
BORIS: 30s-50s - A scientist. Wants more from life and is willing to take risks to get it. Wishes you wouldn't mention that he used to support Trotsky.

VLAD: 30s-50s - A scientist. Wants more from life and is angry that someone else has it. Wishes you wouldn't mention that he used to support the Tsar.

NADIA: 30s-50s - Plays three different women all named Nadia - wives, girlfriends, scientists. Have limited power to keep the men from destroying themselves and each other but are doing what they can.

STALIN: 40s-60s - A dictator. Fantastic mustache. Very little sense of humor. Are you threatening him?

KRASIN: 30s-60s - A deal-maker, a glad-hander, a politician. Very much hopes he can serve Stalin and not die, or worse.

AGENT 1 and AGENT 2: 20s-50s - Secret police, soviet, spies. They like a nip of vodka to keep out the cold Siberian nights. Also play Trotsky, others.
