Preparation
Please sing something that shows off your range in a pop musical theatre style. Bring sheet music in correct key. A score will be provided if singing from the show. Please bring headshot and resume. Accompanist will be provided.

Breakdown
The show will be playing at the Plummer Auditorium in Fullerton from 10/11/13 to 10/27/13 and will then be transfering to Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center for one additional weekend from 11/01/13 to 11/03/13.

Elle Woods (21-early 30’s) - Elle needs to be not only youthful and bubbly, but also, vulnerable, lovable, determined, gregarious, and forceful. She must be a triple threat. Actor must be comfortable with showing her body. Soprano Belt, Gb2 - G5
Paulette Bonafonte (30-50) – Brash, unique, and funny Hair Stylist. Specifically seeking a variety of types, sizes, ages, and ethnicities for this role. Soprano Belt, A3 - A5
Emmett Forrest (20’s- 30’s) - Attractive, smart, and sensitive, older law student who takes Elle under his wing and finds love with her. Tenor, B2 - A4
Brooke Wyndham (20’s- 30’s) - A beautifully aging Delta Nu sorority sister who stars in her own line of exercise videos. Actor must be comfortable with showing her body. Being physically fit is a must for this role to properly be able to sing and jump rope. Alto or Soprano, A3 - G5
Warner Huntington III (20’s-30’s) - He is a model, extremely attractive and self centered. Tenor, Eb3 - Ab4
Professor Callahan (40-60 years old) - A pompous and manipulative law professor at Harvard. Callahan should be both charismatic and warm but able to turn instantly to a conniving shark. Baritone, A2 - F#4
Vivienne Kensington (21-30 years old) - Stuck up, razor sharp, and wealthy. Fabulous Soprano Belt, A3 - F5
Seeking a diverse, sexy, energetic ensemble who have strong dance, comedy, and vocal chops. Ensemble members play a variety of characters, including:
Pilar/Serena/Margot/Kate (18-early 30’s) - Delta Nu sorority sisters/Greek Chorus Members. Must be adept at comedy, harmonies, and hiphop. Soprano Belt, G#3 - F5
Enid Hoopes - (20’s-30’s) – A butch Harvard Law Student and extreme feminist. Soprano Belt, G3 - G5
Chutney Wyndham (25-early 40’s) - Step Daughter to Brook Wyndham.
Dewey (20’s-40’s) - Paulette’s ex-boyfriend. Red neck and trashy. Actor will also play Kyle and Grandmaster Chad.
Kyle (20’s-40’s; must look Irish) - A handsome, in shape USPS/FedEx/UPS employee. Must be physically fit, have nice legs, and be comfortable showing his body. Actor will also play Dewey and Grandmaster Chad.
Nikos (20’s) – Brook’s sexy Latino pool boy
Carlos (20’s) – Nikos’ lover.
