CLYDE - Woman, any ethnicity, 30s-40s. Owner of the sandwich shop. The gravel in her voice betrays a life of cigarettes and whiskey, a life lived with gusto and no apology. A business woman who won't put up with any of her employee's bullshit. She's tough, not nice, not willing to bend. Has an edge and grit. Not a dreamer, live firmly in reality, doesn't believe things can be better than they are. Ex-con who only hires ex-cons, she gives them a chance.
