BREAKDOWN

Season will be cast holistically and with an emphasis on strong ensemble casts. Our casting practices are driven and informed by our values of artistry, authenticity, discourse, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. As a theater, we believe that equity is a practice, and we recognize that this work is ongoing, often imperfect, and necessary. To that end, we value and prioritize ensembles that reflect the diversity of our world, be it race, gender identity, ability, sexual orientation, immigration status, size, age, or socioeconomic status.
