Sam - a black South African man in his forties.
Hally - seventeen years old, white South African
Willy - a black South African, 30-45 years old Black South African waiter

Rick - 30's-40's, playboy and jokster, still single
Ted - 30's-40's, newly married to his second wife who is much younger than he
Donnie - 30's-40's, was the butt of all jokes in high school, butis now a succeessful, married man with children, who really missed his friends.
Cam - 30's-40's, married family guy
SISTER MARY IGNATIUS EXPLAINS IT ALL FOR YOU and THE ACTOR'S NIGHTMARE By Christopher Durang. 1st Rehearsal 1/7/13. Runs 2/8/13 - 3/17/13.
George - A man who finds himself backstage under mysterious circumstances. He appears to be an accountant and seems to be the understudy of a man named Edwin, although he can't actually remember attending any rehearsals or being a part of the production. Actor will also play ALOYSIUS: Quiet, alcoholic. He's recently started to beat his wife and is contemplating suicide. Described in the script as "a little squarer than Gary. Actor will also play George.
Meg - The stage manager. A capable worker. When it becomes apparent that George does not know many of his lines, she pretends to be a maid in the production and whispers some to him. Actor will also play DIANE: Coping with her mother's protracted death from cancer, a rape, a set of failed relationships and a couple of abortions. Described in the script as "attractive, plain-spoken, a little serious, a calm surface but with something going on underneath."
Sarah - A grand actress. Actor also plays SISTER MARY - Authoritarian Catholic Nun.
Ellen - Another actress, but not as grand as Sarah. Actor also plays PHILOMENA: A promiscuous, unhappy single mom. Described in the script as "sweet but nervous, shy. She seems less together than Diane."
Henry/The Executioner - A grand actor. Actor also plays GARY: Gay and devoutly Catholic. Alternately combative and intimidated in his dealings with Sister Mary on the gay issue. Described in the script as "appealing looking....not corporate, sort of aging preppy-like."
THE PRICE By Arthur Miller. 1st Rehearsal 3/11/13. Runs 4/12/13 - 5-19-13.
Victor Franz: Policeman, 50 years old
Esther Franz: Victor's wife, mid 40s, attractive
Walter Franz: Victor's brother, mid-50s
Gregory Solomon: furniture dealer, almost 90 years old and going strong, Russian-Yiddish accent.
