BECKY'S NEW CAR by Steven Dietz. Dir TBA. 1st reh: 11/1/11. Runs 12/2/11 – 1/8/12.

Fiftyish Becky Foster has a decent job at an auto dealership, a solid husband named Joe and a freeloading son living in her basement. Her life is ... okay, if not sublime. But when she crosses paths with billionaire widower Walter Flood …

Becky Foster:

50something-looking woman. Has a range of emotions and is very charismatic. Works for a car dealership. Quick comic timing required.

Joe Foster:

50something-looking man. Down to earth. A good husband who means well, but is set in his ways. A roofer.

Chris Foster:

Mid 20s. Their son. A Psychology student. Lives in the basement.

Walter Flood:

Late 50s. Wealthy businessman. Widowed.

Kenni Flood:

Woman, early 20s. Walter’s daughter.

LOVE LETTERS by A. R. Gurney. Dir: Alan Wade. 1st reh: 1/2/12. Runs 1/27 – 3/4/12.

Evocative epistolary account of a man and woman. Over a period of 50 years, they discuss the hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats that have passed between them throughout their separated lives.

Andrew Makepeace Ladd III:

Staid, dutiful, ambitious lawyer/politician.

Melissa Gardner:

Dabbles in art and gigolos, and drinks more than she should.

THE BELLE OF AMHERST by William Luce. Dir: Jerry Whiddon. 1st reh: 2/27/12. Runs 3/30 – 5/6/12.

One-woman show that brings to life the poetry and the person of Emily Dickinson. The lone role, Emily Dickinson, is cast. Auditioning performers will be considered as possible replacements, should any become necessary.
