Shakespeare on the Sound is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager for its 27th Season. This year's production will be AS YOU LIKE IT by William Shakespeare.
Outdoor Theatre Experience a major plus.
Ability to work in an ensemble environment. Flexible in thought and ability to work in an ever shifting environment. Positive attitude and people person. Fairfield County, CT resident a plus but not required.
This show is performed outdoors on a constructed stage with temporary technical structures.
The stage manager will call the show from the Stage Manager's Tent in the back of the house.
Inclement Weather Policy may cause show cancellation or delay.

Contracted Dates May 9, 2023 through July 2, 2023, 8 week contract which includes prep week.
Rehearses indoors in NYC, Midtown Location, May 16, 2023 – June 3,2023 then continues in Rowayton, CT June 6, Performances start June 15, 2023, opening June 17, 2023 and runs till July 2, 2023.
The play is performed Tuesday through Sunday at 7pm.
