BREAKDOWN
Seeking
Emmy:
The 18-year old daughter of Torvald & Nora. She is tough, but refined, self-possessed, fiercely intelligent and confident. She is unsentimental and resourceful. With no mother around, she grew up too fast, but the child in her does spill out at times. She is genuinely curious about her mother. She is happy with her life and believes she feels no animosity toward Nora for abandoning the family, but there is something operating underneath that she isn’t conscious of. She is persuasive, well-spoken and verbal. Seeking actresses who perform with positive choices and a great sense of humor.
The following roles have been cast:
Nora: Late 50’s. Independent, intelligent and successful (CAST)
Torvald: late 50’s, Nora’s estranged husband. Mild mannered. (CAST)
Ann Marie: 60’s -70’s, Nanny to the Helmer’s family. Honey, loyal and blunt. (CAST)
