This is not your typical chamber ensemble. A little bit risky but with moments of true beauty. A compelling mix of tradition with the sounds of today. Classical music is a vibrant and living art form when featuring the music of vibrant and living composers.

Join the stars of Colorado Ballet under the stars at the Arvada Center for the Performing Arts, as they present the first performance of the 2011-2012 season. The evening program will include a range of excerpts from classical ballets and will feature the reprise of Matthew Neenan’s “The Faraway.” Colorado Ballet commissioned Neenan’s fresh and innovative work and gave it its world premiere in September 2010 in the Company’s Anniversary Triple Bill.
