The stories of four individuals in New York City loosely intertwine to give us a narrative about finding purpose and making authentic connections amid everyday routine. The couple Claire and Jason struggle through a rough patch in their relationship, while Deb and Warren strike up the most unlikely of friendships in the city that never sleeps.
From one of musical theatre's most exciting new composers comes ORDINARY DAYS, a refreshingly honest and funny musical about making real connections in the city that never sleeps (but probably should at some point.) ORDINARY DAYS tells the story of four young New Yorkers whose lives intersect as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love, and cabs. Lakeside Community Theatre presents the title now through May 18. Tickets and more information can be found at www.lctthecolony.com.

Lakeside Community Theatre announces NONEQUITY open auditions for ORDINARY DAYS by Adam Gwon. The 80-minute musical 'captures with stinging clarity that uneasy moment in youth when doubts begin to cloud hopes for a future of unlimited possibility' wrote Charles Isherwood, reviewer for the New York Times. The show is to be directed by Emily Leekha, music directed by John Norine Jr., and stage managed by Elizabeth Cantrell.
