Playhouse Theatre Academy's SCENE STUDY class (for ages 13-17) begins on February 9th at the 224 EcoSpace in Hartford, CT.
The glorious music of Tosca, Giacomo Puccini's classic opera of passion, and revenge, will receive a thrilling production by Connecticut Lyric Opera (CLO) in partnership with the Connecticut Virtuosi Orchestra.
PIPPIN, written by Roger O. Hirson, with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, will run at Playhouse on Park July 6 - August 21, 2022. This will be the final production in Playhouse on Park’s 13th Main Stage Season.
The Master of Fine Arts is the terminal degree for practicing, professional artists. The MFA Thesis Exhibition is the capstone experience of the graduate program, demonstrating a personal direction and mastery in the work of the artists. Four graduates will present their thesis work this year.
Western Connecticut State University alumna Kayla Conroy and her production company Three Bright Lights recently released their new web series, 'Human Telegraphs.' The series was released in November 2021 to international acclaim at several major awards ceremonies and festivals
