Based on the acclaimed novel by Victor Hugo, Notre Dame of Paris tells the story of the bell-ringer Quasimodo, his tragic love for the beautiful gypsy Esmeralda, set in and around the soaring, brooding towers of the most famous cathedral in Paris. This musical features music composed by Richard Cocciante with lyrics by Luc Plamondon, and expresses the life, history and fate of the original novel with its iconic scenes and energetic performances by an international ensemble of singers, dancers and acrobats.
