The One with the first and last word on everything has finally arrived to set the record straight. After many millennia, and in just 90 minutes, God (assisted by His devoted angels) answers some of the deepest questions that have plagued mankind since Creation.
An Act of God, a comedy written by David Javerbaum, premiered on Broadway in 2015. The show humorously explores themes of creation and divine will, featuring God, who offers a modern take on the Ten Commandments. Jim Parsons played the lead in the original production. Following its Broadway success, the show saw a Los Angeles run with Sean Hayes and a 2016 Broadway return with Hayes stepping into God's shoes. The play stands out for its witty script and unique perspective on religious doctrine.
