The Kitchen Theatre Company is set to begin its 2019-2020 season with The Children by Lucy Kirkwood, a thought-provoking play that tackles the themes of mortality, consequence, and environmental legacy. Performances of The Children begin at the Kitchen Theatre Company in the Percy Browning Performance Space on September 8 and will run through September 29. And thanks to the support of an anonymous donor, all three preview performances (9/8, 9/10, and 9/11) will offer patrons the opportunity to 'Pay What You Want.'
Now on exhibit in the Kitchen Theatre Company's Judith Holliday Lobby Gallery is the work of Los Angeles-based fine arts painter, digital artist, and graphic designer, Mary A. Rappazzo. Her paintings will be on display during the run of Tribes by Nina Raines, June 2-June 23.
Next up at the Kitchen Theatre Company is Tribes by Nina Raine, an atypical family drama that examines the power of communication within the dynamics of a British hearing family with a deaf son. Performances of Tribes begin at the Kitchen Theatre Company in the Percy Browning Performance Space on June 2nd and run through June 23rd. Opening night is Thursday, June 6th.
Kitchen Theatre Company is at 417 W. State / Martin Luther King, Jr. Street, Ithaca, NY.
