As for the state of the union, I agree, better than expected. He was harsher on Israel than I would have thought. A shame though that just having basic energy and cognitive function seems to be the only bar he needs to pass to exceed expectations.

This country is really sad and pathetic. We are now thrilled that Joe Biden did not fall down on his way to the podium, could read a speech off a teleprompter and stayed up past his bedtime. It is mind boggling to me that you all will not admit this man is senile and should not be the leader of the free world. I get you agree with him politically but for the sake of the country get somebody of a younger generation to lead with your values. 

On the other side, we have 78-year-old Trump who is only 3 years younger than Biden. What makes MAGA fans think he will be any better mentally than senile Joe Biden in a year or two? Trump did not learn his lesson from 2020 and still acts like a child instead of a serious Presidential candidate. A grown man who wants to be POTUS resorts to calling his opponents childish nicknames, grow the f*** up. He has more legal issues than I can count and instead of focusing on the problems of this country today, we will be discussing his legal issues. Democrats are not that far from taking back the House, how many more impeachments would we have if Trump somehow won.

I will let Democrats off the hook, Biden is the incumbent, so they are stuck with him. Guys like Newsom will wait their turn and run in 2028, There is no excuse for Republican primary voters, they are stupid, inept and every negative adjective I can find. You may disagree with DeSantis or Haley but at least they acted like a grownup and articulated their views well. They treat people with respect which is more than I can say for the other clown. 

I will end this with thinking what a joke we are around the world when the best we have to offer to lead this once great country is two old men who should be playing golf and enjoying their grandchildren not being in charge of nuclear weapons.

I guess you have reading comprehension problem. I was talking about "respect" for other candidates and not childish name calling, I said nothing about agreeing with their political views. Did you ever see Desantis or Haley berate journalists like Trump? Ever see or hear either of them be nasty to their political opponent. Let me know.

As for Biden winning, I have said a few times I believe he will win, check out the 2024 election thread. The same independent voter that hated Trump in 2024 still hates him. The electoral race may be a bit closer, but Biden will win.

I will now address Biden's senility and age. It is not just FOX news or any other conservative site that notices Biden's issues. I can see with my own eyes him tripping going up the stairs of Air Force One even after they make him use the shorter staircase. Ever ask yourself Sutton why Biden did not do the Super Bowl interview weeks ago. Interview was on CBS (friendly network) and they usually ask a couple of softball questions about the game. This is an election year and perfect opportunity to do some campaigning. Bill Maher (no-conservative) and countless others said it was a sign Biden's handlers did not think that he was not up to doing interview. Sutton, ever wonder why Biden seems lost and does not know where to go after a speech? In 2020, Biden referred to Kamala Harris as President Harris several times. He also talked about the Harris-Biden ticket. Ever see bursts of Biden's anger in clips, think it could be sign of dementia. 

One final thing. If DeSantis is so bloody awful, how did he win re-election in Florida by almost 20%? Please tell us Sutton how DeSantis won Miami/Dade County which is 65% Hispanic/Latino if he is so awful to POC. I am waiting for your answer. BTW - DeSantis won the women's vote with white, Hispanic and other races. The only one he lost was black women voters. Once again, not saying I agree with DeSantis but just would love to hear how he wins in landslide if he hates and disrespects all the people you mentioned.

Please explain the difference. I see a man that when he finishes speech does not know where to go next even though he has been briefed what to do before he makes speech. I listen to a man who stumbles and loses track of what he is saying unless he reads teleprompter. This man who is POTUS forgets people's names (exp. Defense Secretary), claims he was at "Ground Zero" day after 9/11, has called his VP President Harris and recalled speaking to foreign leaders who were dead.

You can say he is old when he has trouble keeping his balance or walks very slowly, that is physical not mental.

If it makes you all feel better than go ahead and think Biden is as sharp as a tack mentally, sad thing polling of even Democrats think Biden needs to step down. Of course, they will vote for him over Trump but that does not mean they think "good old Joe" is up to being POTUS.

Simply recognizing the realities of ageing is by no means ageist. The opposite in fact. There is NOTHING WRONG with being physically or mentally frail. It’s not an insult. It in no way decreases Joe Biden’s worth as a person, only his abilities to do the most high pressure job in the world. In the same way that saying an 81 year old is not fit to compete in the Paris Olympics is not ageist.

I don't think you know what a threat is but nowhere in my post did I "threaten you". I informed you that Republicans aren't welcome here and to find somewhere else to talk with the MAGA faithful because the only thing you will encounter here is push back and it's a waste of your time. 

I would never listen to user "Hork" as they are one of the people who stalked, harassed, and threatened me for years and years on this board. I posted a meme and they accused me of animal abuse. Yep. Them chiming in years later is hilarious and is not anything to take seriously by me. Sadly, they didn't f*ck off when Patti cleaned up these boards like the rest of the most horrifying people here. I will make sure to mention it to her though, since that was the whole point :)

I never, ever say anything I wouldn't say to anyone's face online. I suggested feeding a troll who can never be wrong/judges everyone else in the world for working, flying, living life was not a good idea. It was a suggestion to stop engaging with them but feel free to share them all, I couldn't care less. 

And lastly, I love when people say "YOU DONT KNOW MEEEEEE OFFSCREEEEN" yet declares me a centrist even though I'm not in any capacity. Imagine thinking "No one knows me so I'm not bothered" yet deciding someone is something without knowing them at all or just asking them. The delusional thinking is deeeep around here. And let's hear it for Vice President Harris!  Today, she made what is being called an "historic" visit to an abortion clinic.  Rightly so.  Historic and important to moving the United States on to where we are meant to be.  Just as I look forward to another term of office with President Biden, I am thrilled to know that Vice President Harris will again be right there by his side.

First, your standards of handsome are pretty low. Even when he was young man, Biden was never considered to be good looking man like a "Kennedy" for example. Mind boggling you think Biden is energetic. His calendar of events and interviews are less than all modern day POTUS. Funny, I never heard you condemn people picking on Mitch McConnell for his age/health. I guess it is ok to do that to people who don't think like you politically.
