"I'm like my town: young but already too old. I have no rules, I'm a pure product of the flames". Mochélan has an ache in his town. But the rapper is having treatment for it. He knows that his roots are in the black earth which rots the guts and stings the eyes. This is where he grew up, this is what he wants to believe in. Industrial Charleroi is going down, wounded.

Mochélan gets up to say it, to put it into poetry, to rap it, to mix it. In words and in video, with the collaboration of Jean-Michel Van de Eeyden, director, and the music of Rémon Jr, the young author takes a lucid and positive look at a town which is symptomatic of the contemporary history of Europe. Charleroi? It's everywhere. "We ask ourselves the right questions, we want to heal our lungs, recover from this century's malaise". Yes, there must be other choices rather than biting the – black – dust.
