Adobe Theatre will present Calender Girls from September 1- 24, 2023, Fridays and Saturdays at 7.30pm, Sundays at 2pm. Pay What You Will performance Thursday, September 21 at 7.30pm.
The Adobe Theater presents THE REVOLUTIONISTS opening April 14, 2023.
The play is loosely inspired by a true story, although the characters and situations are purely fictional. Playwright Deborah Brevoort uses the structure of Greek tragedy to tell this story of grieving and healing, powerlessness and control, joy and darkness.
The summer fun continues at The Adobe with another comedy by Jones Hope Wooten, directed by Georgia Athearn. This hilarious and touching show features five southern women whose friendships began on their college swim team – performed by Jennifer Benoit, Gloria Goodman, Robin Havens-Parker, Margie Maes and Rhonda Ware. For thirty-three years they meet every summer at the same beach cottage in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Four years ago, the Adobe Theater presented the hilariously funny comedy by Jones Hope Wooten, Doublewide, Texas to sold out audiences and they are back! The Adobe Theater is proud to present the sequel, Honky Tonk Hissy Fit, where the tiny town has gotten crazier than ever!
The Adobe Theater’s final on-line only presentation (before we are live again in October) is Native American Voices – five short plays written directed and performed by Native Americans. Each play expresses the humanity that we all share and that ultimately brings us closer together.
