The video for “Gainesville”—a previously unreleased song on the Tom Petty career-spanning box set An American Treasure—is premiering today. “Gainesville” was recorded in 1998 during Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers' Echo sessions, and the video was directed by Brantley Gutierrez and produced by Michael W. National New Play Network, the country's alliance of nonprofit theaters that champions the development, production, and continued life of new plays, announces its 83rd Rolling World Premiere (RWP): Wolf at the Door by Marisela Traviño Orta. The Roll kicks off at Member Theater New Jersey Repertory Company (October 18-November 18 in Long Branch), followed by Kitchen Dog Theater (April 11-May 5 in Dallas), Milagro (May 2-25 in Portland) and Halcyon Theatre (May 16-June 29 in Chicago).

On September 28, Reprise Records will release An American Treasure—a career-spanning Tom Petty box set. The 60-track set unveils dozens of previously unreleased recordings, alternate versions of classic songs, rarities, historic live performances and deep tracks that spotlight Tom's remarkable depth and evolution as a revered and tremendously influential songwriter, recording artist and performer. An American Treasure marks the first release of Tom Petty music since the artist's tragic passing in October 2017.

Villanova Theatre presents a staged reading of The Behavior of Light, written and directed by Broadway playwright and Hollywood screenwriter, Douglas Carter Beane. 3Women, the debut play by the award-winning comedian and writer Katy Brand, will premiere at Trafalgar Studios 2, starring the celebrated screen and stage actress Anita Dobson (Eleanor), alongside Debbie Chazen (Suzanne), Maisie Richardson-Sellers (Laurie), and Oliver Greenall (Waiter). Running from 15 May to 9 June 2018, with press night on 18 May, 3Women explores the relationships between three generations of the same family, brought together in one hotel room, in a darkly comic and pertinent exploration of what it means to be a woman.

On 13 & 14 April in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil), conductor Zhang Guoyong and violinist Baiba Skride will perform a programme of music composed at critical times in the lives of two Russian composers.

The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil), together with renowned violinist Ning Feng under the baton of Principal Guest Conductor Yu Long, will bring a taste of Scotland to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall. Based on her own true story, Urielle Klein-Mekongo's debut show delves into the trials of a young Black girl growing up, from Hello Kitty knickers to 'lightys' to the terrible secret of her stolen childhood. Using original music, spoken word and a loop station, this one woman show presents a story of teenage angst and survival. Following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2017, the show is set to open at the Southbank Centre's WOW Festival before touring nationally and returning to London be presented at five leading venues across the city in an innovative new London touring model.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced complete casting today for the New York premiere of MISS YOU LIKE HELL. With book and lyrics by Quiara Alegr a Hudes and music and lyrics by Erin McKeown, the new musical is directed by Public Theater Resident Director and Founder of Public Works Lear deBessonet, with choreography by Danny Mefford. The musical will begin previews in The Public's Newman Theater on Tuesday, March 20 and run through Sunday, May 6, with an official press opening on Tuesday, April 10.

Fe-fi-fo-fum - get ready for some panto fun! As LHK Productions announce that leading the all-star cast for their Easter panto, Jack and The Beanstalk, will be Liverpool's own Ray Quinn.
