Ride The Cyclone

Fed's Backyard Theater is proud to present their inaugural production of Ride the Cyclone!

With a book, music, and lyrics by Brooke Maxwell and Jacob Richmond, Ride the Cyclone: The Musical tells the story of the members of the St. Cassian High School chamber choir of Uranium City, Saskatchewan, who perish on a faulty roller coaster called "The Cyclone." Each tells a story to win the reward of a mechanical fortune teller — the chance to return to life.

The cast includes: Ada Jordan as Jane Doe, Novella Rose Marshall as Ocean, Yaira Spears as Constance, Tyler Gevas as Mischa, Owen DeMaio as Ricky, Kyle Ramon as Noel, Trenton Tesar as Virgil, and Adam Lucas as the voice of the Amazing Karnak. The show also features set designs by Jim Crawford, lighting designs by Ethan Fuhrmeister, costume designs by Jackson Carney, and additional visual effects by Adam Lucas. Maddie Holdway will act as the production’s stage manager with Federico Hradek set to direct and choreograph the show.

Fed’s Backyard Theater is a garage converted into a 56 seat black box theater by local Bradenton resident Federico Hradek. Hradek’s goal in building the theater was to direct and produce full-length musicals, stage plays, improv shows, and much more. You can find more about Fed’s Backyard Theater by following them on their social media at @Feds_Backyard_Theater on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Ride The Cyclone runs from March 10-12! In person tickets have sold out, but you can purchase a digital ticket to the show for just $5! The production will livestream their opening night performance on March 10th at 7:30 PM. After that, a video on demand will be available for viewing March 11th and 12th.
