PIAF - No Regrets
Due to popular demand, two-time Tony nominated singer/actress Christine Andreas returns to the historic Orinda Theatre along with her Grammy-nominated husband, producer/composer Martin Sylvestri, to perform her "insightful, lustrous and heartfelt" one-woman show, paying tribute to Edith Piaf. In concert, Ms. Andreas has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, to London's West End. Her starring roles on Broadway include LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (with Kelsey Grammar), THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL, OKLAHOMA!, ON YOUR TOES, MY FAIR LADY and THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA.
"Ms Andreas's voice... is infused with a high-voltage current of electricity that rides on a quickend vibrato and gives everything a sense of urgency. Her engagement with lyrics is so intense...you feel you are her, living the song she is performing." - NY Times
