BYO Children To Family-Focused New Year's Eve Bash At BACT

Families who want to party together on New Year's Eve can celebrate at Bay Area Children's Theatre (BACT), Monday, December 31, from 6 - 9:30 p.m., complete with a special performance of Wonderland: Alice's Rock & Roll Adventure, hearty hors d'oeuvre, a tempting dessert bar and a bubbly toast to the New Year (champagne or cider) on East Coast time!

The evening will kick off with scrumptious skewers, wine and kid-friendly beverages, along with face painting and festive frivolity in the lobby of BACT's Berkeley Theatre Center, 2055 Center Street, Berkeley, CA 94704.

Fun in the theatre follows with a special performance of Wonderland: Alice's Rock & Roll Adventure, a magical musical with an '80s beat that brings Lewis Carroll's irresistible characters to life on stage.

After the show, families can enjoy the yummy dessert bar and rock out with Alice, the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit, and the Red Queen, as everyone dances away the old year and rings in the new-at 9 p.m. PST. Then home for a good night's sleep, with pleasant, if perhaps slightly zany, dreams.
