The Providence Performing Arts Center has announced its performance schedule for the Wonders of the Wurlitzer (WOW@PPAC), a series of free programs developed for and with the community featuring the theatre's 1927 Mighty Wurlitzer, brought to life by House Organist Peter Edwin Krasinski.

J.L. 'Lynn' Singleton, President and CEO of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), has announced that world-renowned organist and silent film accompanist Peter Krasinski will be the Theatre's House Organist. Mr. Krasinski will be PPAC's first house organist in 22 years.
At a press conference held in the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC)'s Grand Lobby this morning, PPAC President J.L. "Lynn" Singleton recapped the Theatre's recently announced 2019/2020 Season. Singleton introduced Board Chairman Joseph W. Walsh, Esq., who unveiled plans for the Theatre's brand-new state-wide education initiative, called Experience PPAC.

To date, sixteen national tours have opened at PPAC since 2008. The CATS national tour launch will bring this number to seventeen national tour openings.
