Trinity Rep Stages New Play THE INFERIOR SEX

The Tony Award- winning Trinity Repertory Company has announced the company’s 59th season. The 2022-23 Season, which includes a five-show subscription series and an annual reimagining of A Christmas Carol, begins in September and concludes in June.

Trinity Rep Adds Three New Company Members

Three new artists will join Trinity Repertory Company's resident company in the 2021-22 Season. Tatyana-Marie Carlo, Rachel Christopher, and Taavon Gamble have each worked with Trinity Rep for many years and will take on a more active role with the organization by joining the company. They will contribute as actors, directors, choreographers, and educators. 

Trinity Repertory Company Raised More Than $60,000 for RI Community Food Bank

Trinity Repertory Company has announced that $60,445.55 was raised for the Rhode Island Community Food Bank from the 2019 A Christmas Carol audiences - the second-highest amount ever raised in the thirteen years donations have been requested. Since 2006, this tradition has been a part of the theater's commitment to its community and a reminder to audiences to bring the spirit of Dickens' story into their lives and the rest of Rhode Island. This year's collection brings the total raised over the past thirteen years to more than $667,500.

Trinity Repertory Company Calls for 2020 Rhode Island Pell Award Nominations

Trinity Repertory Company is inviting the public to nominate outstanding local artists for the 2020 Rhode Island Pell Awards for Excellence in the Arts. The Pell Awards' criteria include distinction in the artist's chosen field, work that significantly advances the art form and contribution to the betterment of the community, and the world at large through artistic presence and community service. Awards will be presented at the theater's gala event on Monday, June 1, 2020.

Opposite Saldana is resident acting company member Daniel Duque-Estrada as Abel, an ex-Marine working as a janitor at the station who has more to his story than meets the eye. At the June 17 Annual Meeting, Trinity Repertory Company's Board of Trustees elected seven new trustees to three-year terms: Judhajit De, Sergio M. Gonzalez, Sean Holley, James Hurley, Lawrence J. La Sala, Sara Shea McConnell, and Julia Ann Slom. Reelected for another term were: Jonathan Duffy, Brian McGuirk, Kibbe Reilly, Kathryn Sabatini, and Arthur Solomon.
