Based on Alison Bechdel's best-selling graphic memoir of the same name, Fun Home, the 2015 Tony Award-winning Best Musical, features music by Jeanine Tesori, book and lyrics by Lisa Kron, and direction by Sam Gold, all of whom won 2015 Tony Awards for their work on this production.
Robert Petkoff will play Bruce, Susan Moniz will play Helen and Kate Shindle will play Alison.

DPAC has announced that Triangle Rising Stars, central North Carolina's High School Musical Theatre Awards will take place on May 18th, 2023 at 7:30 PM with host, Clay Aiken and special guest Tony Award Winner, Beth Leavel.  Triangle Rising Stars is presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.

I recently had the great pleasure of interviewing the show's playwright, Ira David Wood III, who is not only back directing this year, but he'll also be alternating the role of Ebenezer Scrooge with his oldest son, Ira David Wood IV.
