The Legend of New York, with music by Joshua Salzman and book and lyrics by Ryan Cunningham, is a Sodom and Gomorrah story set during the 1977 New York City blackout. An angel appears to a NYC cop and sends him on a quest to find three souls worth saving by sunrise or else the city will be destroyed. This funk-infused new musical celebrates '70s New York in all its grungy glory-taking you from Central Park to Times Square to CBGBs to, of course, the legendary Studio 54.

The all-star cast sang the most beloved 'Princess' songs of stage and screen in a magical evening. Where else might a little mermaid duet with a beautiful bookworm? Or might an ice queen drink tea with a princess who keeps only dwarves for company? Might the princess with a lost glass slipper confide in a princess who lives in a tower, with the longest of hair? Happy Birthday Laura Osnes! Osnes made her Broadway debut in the 2007 revival of Grease. On March 10, 2009 Osnes took over the role of Ensign Nellie Forbush from Tony Award nominee Kelli O'Hara, who went on maternity leave, in the Lincoln Center Theater Broadway revival of South Pacific. She then starred as Hope Harcourt, alongside Sutton Foster and Joel Grey, in the Broadway revival of Anything Goes. Osnes then played Bonnie Parker opposite Jeremy Jordan in Bonnie & Clyde, which opened at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in 2011. She most recently as the title role in the Broadway premiere of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella.

As previously announced, Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, Bonnie and Clyde), Corey Cott(Newsies, Gigi) and Tony Award winner Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone, 42nd Street) will star in THE BANDSTAND. The show began performances last night, October 8, 2015, and runs through Sunday, November 8, 2015. The official press opening night is Sunday, October 18, at 7:00pm.
