The Colorado Theatre Guild's 11th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 18, 2016 at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue in Parker, Colorado. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by an after-party. Tickets are $23 for CTG members (limit 2 per person online with the code Henry2016), $30 non-members or $50 VIP. Tickets go on sale June 20 through the PACE Center website, parkerarts.org, or by calling the box office at 303-805-6800.

?The Edge Theater in Lakewood is pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Sherrill as Associate Artistic Director. Mr. Sherrill was cofounder of Denver's critically acclaimed Paragon Theatre and served as its Artistic Director until 2012.

John and Helen aren't intentionally abusive of their child; they are just clueless about even the most basic things about parenting. Like that it isn't a good idea to give your baby Nyquil. Or that you shouldn't wake your baby by yelling, 'WAKE UP!'  Step back into the 70's and 80's in this absurdist comedy with a true depth of heart.

Read and Rant Productions in conjunction with The Aurora Fox will present BEETS (by Colorado playwright Rick Padden) opening January 16 and running through February 8, 2015. Performance dates are Fridays: January 16, 23, 30 and February 6 at 7:30pm/Saturdays: January 17, 24, 31 and February 7 at 7:30pm/Sunday: January 25, February 1 and February 8 at 2:00pm. In the summer of 2012, while celebrating the success of Vintage Theater's production of 'The Joy Luck Club,' cast mates Tria Xiong and Maria Cheng sparked an idea for a new venture. After a glass of wine [or two], they realized with utter certainty, the need for an Asian American company in Colorado's theater climate, and thus, like all great wine-induced ideas, Theatre Esprit Asia (TEA) was born.

In the summer of 2012, while celebrating the success of Vintage Theater's production of 'The Joy Luck Club,' cast mates Tria Xiong and Maria Cheng sparked an idea for a new venture. After a glass of wine [or two], they realized with utter certainty, the need for an Asian American company in Colorado's theater climate, and thus, like all great wine-induced ideas, Theatre Esprit Asia (TEA) was born.
