BWW Review: ORCHESTRA OF ST. LUKE'S at Carnegie Hall with Beatrice Rana, piano
by Joanna Barouch - Oct 21, 2019

A Baroque composer, albeit the most important of his time (or of all time, as many are of the opinion) on the same program as a Romantic composer, one of the plethora of musical innovators of the 19th century? How could such music possibly be of interest?

EDINBURGH 2019: BWW Review: THE SORRIES, Quaker Meeting House

by Courtney Symes - Mar 19, 2019

'Oh! What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive!' Sir Walter Scott said it best, 170 years before Michael Jacobs' Cheaters was first produced on Broadway in 1978. Cheaters is an amusing look at three couples whose lives intertwine in the most awkward and unbelievable way. EMH Productions brings new life to this oft-criticized work in a fresh, entertaining take.
