MainStage Irving-Las Colinas closes its 2014-15 Curtain Up! season with the musical mystery, CURTAINS (book by Rupert Holmes and music by John Kander & Fred Ebb). The production opens tonight, July 24 and runs through August 8 at the Irving Arts Center's Dupree Theater (3333 N. MacArthur Blvd., Irving, TX 75062). Uptown Players, a professional theater group located in the Uptown area of Dallas, has announced its programming for the 4th annual Dallas Pride Performing Arts Festival. Monday night Tony Award nominee, Broadway sensation Orfeh served as Co-host and performed at the 14th Annual COLUMN Awards Gala. She co-hosted the glittery event with Executive Director/Producer/Founder John Garcia.

Sunday evening (January 27) the official nominations for the 14th annual COLUMN Awards were held with a live telecast. THE COLUMN AWARDS honors excellence in theater within the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Theatre metroplex.

Monday February 27, THE COLUMN AWARDS (TCA) organization honored excellence in theater within the Dallas-Fort Worth Theater community, which held its 13th annual gala this past Monday. TCA is the only awards organization in the United States that donates all money (after expenses) to BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS. A charity they have been associated since its inception. To date, THE COLUMN AWARDS have donated close to $70.000.00 to BC/EFA. See the full list of winners below.
