After a reception in the Jane and Victor Ottenstein Lobby, outgoing Old Globe Board Chair Elaine Bennett Darwin welcomed the Board of Directors and guests and announced the newly elected Board and Executive Committee members, including her successor as Board Chair, Vicki L. Full casting has today been announced for the West End run of the Royal Court Theatre's production of Hangmen. ProducersRobert Fox, Matthew Byam Shaw for Playful Productions and Royal Court Theatre Productions are delighted to announce that Andy Nyman will play Syd, Craig Parkinson will take on the role of Inspector Fry and Tony Hirst will play Bill, completing the cast of the West End production. Directed by Matthew Dunster, Martin McDonagh's Hangmen will transfer to the Wyndham's Theatre for a strictly limited season, previewing from 1 December.  Check out the new trailer below!

Tim Dang, Producing Artistic Director of East West Players in Los Angeles, CA, is the 2015 recipient of the Zelda Fichandler Award, an award to recognize an outstanding director or choreographer who is transforming the regional arts landscape through imaginative, brave work in theatre.  The $5,000 award, given by Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation, heralds both accomplishment to date and promise for the future, and lauds deep commitment to a community.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Hugh Jackman will be polishing his dancing shoes for an all-new stage show set to tour throughout his native Australia later this year, and in a recent interview with the Herald Sun, he spilled the beans on what the show is all about. He told HS: 'The story is pretty much about my life, not only biographically, but the things that I love. What guided me was that I wanted to love every single song. I'm going to do songs from shows that I've done that I love; and songs from shows that I've never done but always wanted to do; and dance and tell stories.'

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Tony winner Warren Carlyle, who worked with Jackman on Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, will direct and choreograph the special concert event. He writes on Twitter: 'So excited to direct and choreograph @therealhughjackman #liveinconcert #broadwaytooz #lucky'
