The Mediatheque Theatre Holon opens 2017 with a new musical play 'A Kiss in the Pocket', based on the beloved songs by Shlomit Cohen Assif, directed and adapted by Yaara Reshef Nahor, composed by Didi Shahar, arrangements and musical direction by Itamar Gross.

The Alliance/Kendeda National Graduate Playwriting Competition continues to spotlight the best emerging playwrights with a full production for the competition winner and staged readings for four competition finalists. 

Amphibian Stage Productions announces the cast and creative team for its first main stage play of the 2017 season, Northside Hollow by Jonathan Fielding and Brenda Withers. Starring Jim Jorgensen and Jordan Sobel, the play runs Friday, February 10 through Sunday, March 5 at the Berlene T. and Jarrell R. Milburn Theatre at Amphibian Stage Productions. Supporting artists include Stephanie Cleghorn Jasso and Jake Nice.

Tis the season for a Motown Christmas and you just can't have any more fun than this!  This ensemble didn't become Dallas' No. 1 society band by playing music people weren't absolutely, intensely, head-over-heels crazy about.

Opening on November 25 and running through December 23 is Pocket Sandwich Theatre's heartwarming musical 'Ebenezer Scrooge,' written by Joe Dickinson and Laurie Tirmenstein, directed by Stephanie Jackson with musical direction by Byron Holder.

This Spring, the New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich will produce the second Ramps on the Moon touring production, The Who's Tommy, which will tour to Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield and London. Ipswich will see the show first from Thu 30 March to Sat 15 April.

Running through September 24 is 'Death The Musical II: Death Takes a Harmony', by Scott A Eckert, a follow up to his 2009 musical hit, 'Death: The Musical,' which also premiered at The Pocket and was the winner of the DFW Theater Critics Ward and Column Award for best new play. With its 'melodies bright and fast... lyrics wickedly witty' (The Dallas Observer), it 'provided a dandy showcase for his clever lyrics and twisted sense of humor' (The Dallas Voice).

In 1892, the famed inventor Nikola Tesla awoke with partial amnesia, and using his incredible willpower, he pieced his life back, memory by memory. Ricky Coates returns from the Fringe Festival Circuit with the energetic, original theatrical biography, TESLA EX MACHINA.

An epic tale of magic, heroism, love and betrayal adapted from the novel Arthur: High King of Britain, by Michael Morpurgo, the author of War Horse and Private Peaceful.

Opening on June 30 and running through August 20 is another one of The Pocket Sandwich Theatre's infamous popcorn-tossing melodramas, 'Herbbits, Wizards & Borks...Oh, My!' written by the Pocket's own Nick Haley and directed by Dennis G.W. Millegan.   Originally done at Pocket Sandwich Theatre in 2014 and so wildly popular we're bringing it back for summer time fun.

THESE TREES ARE MADE OF BLOOD, a new play about Argentina's Dirty War, premiered in The Little at Southwark Playhouse in April 2015 to sold out audiences and rave reviews. A limited edition cast recording of the songs from the show was recorded live at Southwark Playhouse on a sunny bank holiday afternoon in April 2015 in between shows and is now available for purchase!
