Baltimore Center Stage has announced this year’s slate of commissioned artists, continuing the organization’s long standing support for developing new projects by some of today’s most exciting theater makers.

​​​​​​​Dramaten (The Royal Dramatic Theatre of Sweden), The Earth Commons-Georgetown University's Institute for Environment and Sustainability, The Embassy of Sweden in Washington, DC, and The Laboratory for Global Performance and Politics announce the launch of We Hear You-A Climate Archive, co-conceived by Caitlin Nasema Cassidy and Jacob Hirdwall.

Magic Theatre makes a welcome return to live performance with the world premiere of Miranda Rose Hall's 'The Kind Ones' playing thru February 20th. Hall combines gothic thrills & dark humor in her searing new play.

Diversionary announces the cast of the World Premiere of BEST LESBIAN EROTICA 1995 by Miranda Rose Hall. Kym Pappas will direct this World Premiere production. Performances run February 17th - March 20th.

Magic Theatre has announced the titles and dates for the Company’s upcoming in-person 2021-2022 season. Early 2022 will feature the long-delayed World Premiere of Miranda Rose Hall’s THE KIND ONES (Feb 2 – 20, 2022*), followed by the World Premiere of Sam Chanse’s MONUMENT, OR FOUR SISTERS (A SLOTH PLAY) which will perform May 11– June 5, 2022*.

Director Staci Sabarsky, former artistic director of Innovocative Theatre, heads a powerhouse creative team through a beguiling exploration of gender, sex, and the risks of being vulnerable with the one you love.

In November, New Conservatory Theatre Center is proud  to continue their exhilarating 40th Anniversary Season with Plot Points in Our Sexual Development by Miranda Rose Hall. Performed in the round in the intimate Walker Theatre, Plot Points in Our Sexual Development is a fearless trans love story that  offers a captivatingly honest look at the relationships and histories that shape us.

After the successful run of its inaugural production, Rasheeda Speaking, The Off–Central Players first- ever season continues with Miranda Rose Hall's Plot Points In Our Sexual Development, directed by Staci Sabarsky. This love story between Cecily, a lesbian and a male-identified trans person Theo, want to be honest about their sexual histories, but what happens when telling the truth jeopardizes everything?

The distinguished lineup of judges will include playwrights Dennis A. Allen II, Miranda Rose Hall, Trish Harnetiaux, 2021 Pulitzer Prize finalist Zora Howard, Harrison David Rivers and Tori Sampson, along with dramaturg Jeremy Stoller, Executive Director of National New Play Network Nan Barnett and Artistic Director for City Theatre in Miami Margaret M. Ledford.

Playwrights Horizons today announced its 2021-22 season. The influential Off-Broadway institution returns to in-person performance after 18 months in which, under new artistic leadership, it has marked its 50th anniversary and reflected deeply on the role the theater should play in the life of its city, its country, and the world.

Diversionary Theatre has announced their Season 36 lineup of new LGBTQ work. With 4 new works on The Robert L. Granat and Albert J.
