Birmingham Stage Company's Production of David Walliams' GANGSTA GRANNY Makes West End Debut

???????To celebrate their 25th anniversary next year, Birmingham Stage Company - the acclaimed producers of Horrible Histories Live On Stage - today announce the West End debut of David Walliams' bestselling book - Gangsta Granny. The smash-hit production which was recently nominated for a UK Theatre Award for Best Show for Children and Young People, opens at the Garrick theatre on 1 August 2017, with previews from 26 July, and runs until 3 September, direct from an extensive UK tour.

Seacoast Rep Names New Artistic Director

Seacoast Repertory Theatre has named Miles Burns as their permanent Artistic Director. The decision came as Seacoast Rep had been planning its new season and solidifying its management structure. Burns had previously served in the position in an interim capacity after a management shakeup in late 2014, and headed the theatre's youth program before that.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival opens its outdoor theatre the weekend of June 12-14 with Shakespeare's ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA, directed by Bill Rauch; the world-premiere musical by Jeff Whitty with music and lyrics by the Go-Go's, HEAD OVER HEELS, directed by Ed Sylvanus Iskandar; and Alexandre Dumas's THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO, directed by Marcela Lorca. The shows will close the weekend of October 9-11.
