The York Theatre Company as part of its Developmental Reading Series, in association with Que Sera Sera Productions, will present a private industry reading of the new musical Come the Darkness, with book, music, and lyrics by Don Nolan at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's. Admission to the Friday, March 13 reading of Come the Darkness is by invitation only.

What is great about H&S is that it shows some real promise; maybe not for the show itself, but for its writer/composer-lyricist Feldman who was wise enough to start with writing what he knows. Taking his own coming out experience and putting words and music to it in a story that, while nothing really new, still actually works as a story.

Gillespie (NBC'S Rise, Newsies), Emma Pittman (Winner of The Search for Roxie) and more in Danny Feldman's a?oeHIDE AND SEEKa?? on February 21, 2020 at 9:30pm. An autobiographical musical, Hide and Seek tells the story of Andrew, a high school student who realizes that he is gay. As he comes to terms with his newfound sexuality, he finds himself struggling to navigate his way through his relationship with friends, a former girlfriend, his new boyfriend, and his family. As he attempts to find his true self, Andrew learns more about living life authentically. Written by Danny Feldman at the age of sixteen, the evening will feature orchestrations by Eli Schildkraut and will be music directed by Luke Williams.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present Sean Stephens in The Bedroom World Tour. Travel back to summer 1997, crack open a Surge and take a journey of loss and discovery through songs Sean typically belts out in his own bedroom. The Bedroom World Tour will showcase this inspiring fresh performer at his most vulnerable with songs from Elton John, Donny Hathaway, Alanis Morissette, Hamilton and a full Wicked showstopper. Featuring Najee Gabay-Knight, Sean Doherty and Mathieu Whitman. Musical Direction by Luke Williams. Additional direction by Robbie Rozelle.
