Theatre Philadelphia will present the return of Philly Theatre Week featuring 100+ theatrical performances and events across the region between March 23 to April 2, 2023.

International dance sensation Les Twins from France joins the Breakin' Convention Festival line-up this year and performs with original crew members Ruben 'Rubix' Noel and Laura Nala from Criminalz. The duo has toured the world with megastars Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg. Since first performing at Breakin' Convention in 2015, Les Twins have won the million-dollar prize on NBC's World of Dance.   

The Belmont Theatre's annual October offering is Blithe Spirit, a classic comedy about marriage and the ghosts of the past.

After months of dedicated planning, The Firehouse Theatre is announcing its 2021 Season with a Dream Big 2021 Virtual Gala on Sunday, April 18 at 7:00 PM. The one-time stream event will unveil the six musicals coming to the new season as well as information about The Firehouse Theatre University – an expanded education initiative.

Favor Bosworth, a reporter for the Baltimore Sun Paper, investigates murders in the Loch Raven reservoir and the Las Vegas wash feeding Lake Mead. The murdered girls went to Law School at UNLV along with Dan Brock who left school early to pursue a career in investing.

This week's performance features NSO Violinist Benjamin Scott, Violinist Lauren Scott and and NSO Youth Fellowship Cellist Abigail Leidy. Featuring works by Prokofiev, Britten, Rossini and more! Hosted by Marissa Regni, NSO Principal Second Violin. The musicians of the National Symphony dedicate this performance to the memory of Irene Pollin.

SHOOK was due to take place on 26th April at Above The Arts Theatre in Leicester Square, however like all other events planned during this period, it has been postponed. Co-founders Millie Gaston and Katie Wilmore, from Harrogate in North Yorkshire, had a drink together (over zoom, of course) and decided they wouldn't let the restrictions stop them bringing some of the best new writing to their audience! They decided to host a free online version so people could be entertained from the comfort of their home, with the hope of raising money for Acting for Others through voluntary donations.

The League of Professional Theatre Women (Shellen Lubin and Catherine Porter, Co-Presidents), an organization which has been championing women in the professional theatre for over three decades, is mourning the loss of eight league members who passed away in 2019.

The Firehouse Theatre will present  The Wizard of Oz family concert event December 5-22, 2019. With dreams of escaping her mundane life, a cyclone hits and Dorothy and Toto are transported to the Land of Oz. Somewhere over the rainbow, Dorothy and Toto meet Glinda, the Munchkins, the Wicked Witch of the West, and three new friends, The Scarecrow, The Tinman, and The Lion. Along the way towards the Emerald City, the friends encounter a haunted forest, jitterbugs, and flying monkeys. In the end, the audience is reminded that a?oeThere's No Place Like Home,a?? especially during the holidays.

This Summer, The Firehouse Theatre will present the famous musical fable GYPSY from May 31st-June 17th, directed by Derek Whitener, with musical direction by John Norine Jr. and choreography by Kyle Christopher West.
