Bistro and MAC Award-winning performers Marcus Simeone and Tracy Stark take us on a journey through the music and career of songwriter Jimmy Webb, via solos and duets. This is the final NYC performance of a show directed by Lina Koutrakos.

THE LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER will present up-and-coming Saloon Singer vocalist Christopher Collette and pianist, composer, music director Tracy Stark.

Leading the cast as The Osmonds will be Ryan Anderson as Merrill Osmond, Jamie Chatterton as Alan Osmond, Alex Lodge as Jay Osmond, Danny Nattrass as Wayne Osmond, and Joseph Peacock as Donny Osmond. They will be joined by Georgia Lennon, Charlie Allen, and Nicola Bryan playing Marie, George, and Olive Osmond respectively.

Today we kick off the series with my conversation with musical director, Tracy Stark. She is one of the most prolific musical directors on the NY scene, playing upwards of 75-100 shows a year. She is the winner of 11 MAC awards in addition to the Bistro award and the Dottie Burman Songwriter of the Year award. She has worked with a plethora of great artists including Lesley Gore, Sarah Dash, Phoebe Snow, Karen Black, Randy Jones, Jimmy Osmond, Tovah Feldshuh, Eric Millegan. Tonya Pinkins, Ann Crumb, Marni Nixon, and hundreds of other rock, jazz, and Broadway artists. In the past 6 months, I have seen shows she worked on with Alice Ripley, Kim David Smith, and Meg Flather.

In its ninth year, the Judy Garland themed benefit is the show everyone wants to see. For the second year in a row, everyone can.

Suncoast Showroom will bring highly-acclaimed performers to the Suncoast Hotel and Casino in March, including "David Victor Formerly of Boston," "December 63: Tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons," "4NR - Tribute to Foreigner" and The Osmond Brothers. Jimmy Osmond had just finished a performance of Peter Pan at the Birmingham Hippodrome last week, when he was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a stroke, according to The Guardian.
