Burning Coal Theatre Company and CAM Raleigh present the US premiere of Blue Sky by Clare Bayley, directed by Gus Heagerty with artwork by Derek Toomes at CAM/Raleigh (409 West Martin St. Raleigh, NC 27603) Thursdays through Saturdays, January 28-30, February 4-6*, and 11-13, 2016 at 7:30 pm and Sundays January 31, February 7 and 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $20 for seniors (65+), and $15 for students, teachers and active military. Burning Coal also offers group rates and $5 student rush tickets if available at curtain. All Thursday performances are $15. Metta Theatre Sets Additional Venues for THE KING OF TINY THINGS

Metta Theatre today announces additional venues added to the tour for The King of Tiny Things, as part of the company's 10th anniversary year - Metta10, adapted for the stage by Poppy Burton Morgan from the book by Jeanne Willis and Gwen Millward. Burton Morgan's production opened at the Udderbelly Festival at Southbank Centre on 13 July and now continues on tour to Malvern; Stockton-on-Tees; Greenwich; Leeds; Doncaster; Bristol and Northampton. The press performance will take place at 3:00pm at the Greenwich Theatre. Additional venues added for 2016 include Salisbury Playhouse, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Dundee Repertory Theatre and Stratford Circus Arts Centre.

Metta Theatre today announces the world premiere of Mouthful, the centrepiece of their 10th anniversary celebrations. Mouthful is a darkly comic and at times heartbreaking response to the global food crisis through six brand new plays from six of the world's leading dramatists - Lydia Adetunji, Bola Agbaje, Clare Bayley, Inua Ellams, Neil LaBute and Pedro Miguel Rozo. The playwrights, with support from a Wellcome Trust Arts Award, have teamed up with six world-renowned scientists - Professors Tim Benton, Kamal Bawa, Suzanne Filteau, Ilkka Hanski, Molly Jahn and Tim Lang to collaborate on this politically provocative and theatrically imaginative production.
