BIRDLAND THEATER will present Eric Comstock in his new fall residency for four Saturdays in September: September 4, 11, 18 and 25, at 5:00 PM.  There is a $30 music charge. Birdland is located at 315 West 44th Street in New York.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center is introducing the Anne & Sheldon Vogel Virtual Concert Series, Thursday evenings at 7 pm, beginning on July 16, streaming on Facebook Live. Co-produced by Remember Jones and Andrew DePrisco, this summer series includes a lineup of Broadway stars, American Idol alumni, and up-and-coming young artists.

The CD is dedicated to the music and life of the "Red Headed Stranger," and covers the full spectrum of Nelson's catalogue: from early hits like "Three Days" and "Blame It On The Times" to favorites from his blockbuster album of American standards like "Stardust," and eternal classics like "Crazy" and "Nightlife." Stravelli will weave in stories from Nelson's famously colorful personal life and storied 50-plus year career, while honoring and reimagining the music of one of America's greatest songwriters. Linda Eder continues her 2018 run at Feinstein's/54 Below Nightclub. She began it in May - runs it July 26, 27, 28 - and finishes it September 12, 13, 14 in the NYC show room. Celebrating the release of her new CD 'If You See Me' - a celebration of Broadway & Standards - this show highlights the set list from the disc as well as some tried & true Eder fan favorites.

Betsy Wolfe (Falsettos, Waitress), Eddie Korbich (A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, The Drowsy Chaperone), Sal Viviano (The Full Monty, The Life), Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita who has won fans across the length and breadth of Broadway with her starring roles in Matilda & Dames at Sea, Tony Yazbeck (Tony Award nominee for On the Town), Jenny Lee Stern (Rocky: The Musical & Spamilton), and Mia Gerachis (Jekyll & Hyde) performed at Broadway by the Year at Town Hall on March 26th at 8pm.
