Foundry Theatre to Stage World Premiere of New Play Inspired by OUR TOWN in 2016

The Foundry Theatre will present the world premiere of O, Earth (January 23 - February 20), which marks the debut of Casey Llewellyn. O, Earth takes inspiration from Thornton Wilder's Our Town and passes its themes of love, marriage and death, and the universe that contains us, through the lens of queer and trans culture and history.

Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced further programming and special events to join the 2015 summer season including: the legendary Late-Night Cabaret, the ever popular Fridays@3 Reading Series, and this summer's Developmental Workshop Series. The Araca Group has announced the seven shows that will comprise the 2014 Araca Project season, lasting from September 7th until November 2nd at the American Theatre of Actors. Led by Matthew Rego, Michael Rego, and Hank Unger, The Araca Group is a New York City-based Broadway production and merchandising that has served, among others, Wicked, Urinetown, Rock of Ages, Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge. Yale School of Drama (James Bundy, Dean; Victoria Nolan, Deputy Dean) is pleased to announce its 2013-14 season, three vividly imagined theatrical productions that invite us to examine some of the most morally ambiguous choices we humans ever make: to punish, to rebel, to die. The 2013-14 season includes The Visit by Friedrich Durrenmatt, translated by Maurice Valency, directed by Cole Lewis; Peter Pan by Sir James Matthew Barrie, adapted and directed by Dustin Wills; and Hedda Gabler by Henrik Ibsen, translated by Paul Walsh, directed by Katherine McGerr.
