United Agents have announced that Tom Rosenthal, star of Friday Night Dinner, Plebs and Drunk History, will take hit show Manhood on tour again in 2020, following a hugely successful Autumn tour and critically acclaimed run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019. The tour will begin at Hull Truck on Saturday 8th February 2020 and conclude at Oxford's Old Fire Station on Thursday 9th April 2020, taking in an initial total of 27 dates including a run at London's Soho Theatre from 16th to 21st March 2020. Tickets go on sale on Friday 15th November 2019, available from www.tomrosenthal.net.

Dawn Austwick Appointed Chair Of Kiln Theatre

Kiln Theatre today announces the appointment of Dawn Austwick as Chair of the Board. Austwick, who is currently Chief Executive of The National Lottery Community Fund will join the theatre in early 2020. She will be taking over from interim Chair Moyra Doyle, and joining the current Board of Directors; Nicholas Basden, Dominic Cooke CBE, Moyra Doyle, Sita McIntosh, Anneke Mendelsohn, Karen Napier, and Barrie Tankel.

Producers, theatre owners and investors gathered today to watch a workshop production of a brand-new musical based on the life of the global icon Bob Marley. The musical which features the singer's greatest hits and has the full backing of the Marley family is written by Lee Hall and will be directed by Dominic Cooke. The producing team is Playful Productions, Stage Play and Kwame Kwei Armah.
