Award-winning New York actor/playwright Dan Hoyle's newest solo show, Each And Every Thing, will play Joe's Pub at The Public Theater for two special performances in the new year, following its sold-out, one-night-only engagement at the Pub in October. The work premiered at The Marsh San Francisco MainStage Theater where it became an instant hit, receiving unanimous rave reviews.

The Marsh San Francisco presents a revival of master storyteller Josh Kornbluth's hit solo show HAIKU TUNNEL. Inspired by Josh's real-life experiences as a temp worker at a San Francisco law office, HAIKU TUNNEL is a comic re-imagining of his disastrous transition from 'temp' to 'perm.' The Marsh presents the return of award-winning performer Brian Copeland in two of his acclaimed solo pieces: NOT A GENUINE BLACK MAN returns to The Marsh for a 10th anniversary revival performed in rep with THE WAITING PERIOD, Copeland's acclaimed, unflinching look at depression. Says Copeland, 'With the devastating loss of Robin Williams, I hope we can now finally start a national dialogue about this largely misunderstood disease.' Performances of THE WAITING PERIOD will honor the families of those who have lost loved ones to depression. Both shows, featuring humorous, poignant, and riveting insights, are written by Brian Copeland and directed by David Ford. The Marsh announces the newest solo show by award-winning actor/playwright Dan Hoyle, EACH AND EVERY THING, will give its final performance October 4. Originally scheduled to run through July 12 and extended twice, the show was an instant hit with audiences and critics alike, receiving highest accolades from every news outlet. A search for connection in the digital age, the show will take its final bow on October 4, after which Hoyle will return to his home base in New York City, where the show is scheduled to be performed at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater. Developed with Charlie Varon and Maureen Towey, and directed by Charlie Varon, EACH AND EVERY THING will play 8pm Thursdays and Fridays, 5pm Saturdays, and 2pm Sundays at The Marsh San Francisco MainStage Theater. Due to resounding praise from critics and an enthusiastic reception from audiences, Berkeley Repertory Theatre announces that Brian Copeland's 10th anniversary presentation of Not a Genuine Black Man will extend for a month. The critically acclaimed show recounts Copeland's compelling and moving story of growing up black in the 1970s in San Leandro, California, a city once nationally known as one of the most racist in America. With wit and heartfelt passion, he explores the themes of racial identity and, ultimately, belonging. Directed and developed in part by David Ford, Not a Genuine Black Man will now run through June 28 for an additional eight performances at the Theatre's Osher Studio.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre welcomes comedian and radio talk-show host Brian Copeland for the 10th anniversary presentation of his critically acclaimed show, Not a Genuine Black Man. After over 700 performances in its initial seven-year run in more than 30 cities, the longest-running solo show in San Francisco history comes to Berkeley Rep this April for a limited engagement. In Not a Genuine Black Man, Copeland recounts his story of growing up black in the 1970s in San Leandro, California, a city once nationally known as one of the most racist in America. With wit and heartfelt passion, he explores the themes of racial identity and, ultimately, belonging. 'Very funny,' raves the San Francisco Chronicle. 'Copeland is a winning, magnetic performer. More than that, he's got an important tale to tell!'
