Originally marked for 2020 in celebration of the 25th anniversary of his acclaimed debut album, Tempest, the newly announced 18 homegrown shows will span from Quebec to B.C.; with 43+ cross-continent dates on the docket, Cook recently kicked off the tour in the U.S. alongside the release of his 11th studio album, Libre.

In Spring of 2020 Alison Cook Beatty Dance was booked and ready to present 11 Companies from around the country in Artists In Motion 2020. But when COVID-19 and Broadway shut down, Artists In Motion 2020 was canceled. The Arts community saw performance after performance canceled, theaters shut down, and dance companies and studios folding. Alison stayed in touch with all of the choreographers who were accepted into this shared event and promised that when the time was right she would remount the performance. 

On the heels of two sold-out performances in Chicago, Cindy Firing is thrilled to bring her Barbara Cook tribute show home to her old stomping grounds - New York City! 'You & I' tells the story of Barbara Cook - the woman behind the legend – with songs she sang throughout her 70-year career.

An accomplished guitarist, producer, and equally prolific filmmaker, Jesse Cook has evolved his talents to create experiences that delight audiences both in concert and online. He composed his first album, Tempest, more than 25 years ago and never imagined that such a humble recording, in which he played all the instruments, would spark into a musical legacy with thousands of concerts performed around the world, more than two million albums sold, five PBS specials, and tens of millions of content views and streams across the internet.

Downtown dance firebrand Yoshiko Chuma and The School of Hard Knocks, in collaboration with virtuoso pianist Dane Terry and maverick poet Kyle Dacuyan, will be making their highly anticipated debut at Pangea on Thursday, February 24, at 7pm.

He also shares the album’s lead single “Little Miss,” a warm, hazy sun-dappled track inspired by the giddy feeling of missing a lover. “Little Miss” comes complete with a video directed by frequent collaborator Bertie Gilbert and stars Jessica Anne Woodley, shot at Will’s house. Will Joseph Cook has shared his new single “4AM.” An ode to a late-night call to a lover, the track is a slow burner which eventually cracks open into a explosion of dizzying feelings, showcasing a new dimension to Cook’s songwriting. “4AM” comes complete with a cinematic video directed by frequent collaborator Bertie Gilbert.

Ludacris immerses himself in a specific type of cuisine guided by an expert, including learning the fundamentals cooking from Chef Alain Lemaire, Chef Gregory Gourdet, Chef Seung Hee Lee, Chef Edward Lee and comedian Lil Duval, Chef Michael Beltran, and Chef Lorena Garcia – plus a visit from legendary hip-hop producer Timbaland.

In his first solo exhibition, Form & Light, Oliver Cook explores the relationship between light, movement and the translucent properties of alabaster through sculptural forms and everyday objects.

This year marks Cook's 30-year run as a stand-up comedian with hit comedy specials such as “Vicious Circle,” “Isolated Incident” and “Rough Around the Edges.”  His upcoming comedy special, 'Tell It Like It Is,' is the perfect commemoration to an incredible career over the past three decades and what is sure to be another memorable year ahead. 

The 'Hero's Journey' begins with answering the 'Call to Action'. For concept artist Dane Hallett, the journey began with literally answering a call. Hallett knew from a young age that he wanted to work in the film industry. He was self-taught in many forms of drawing and art, and had experience in prop-making. By age 17, he was living on his own with his brother and sister and had to take on odd jobs to make ends meet.
