Michigan's longest running, non-profit, professional theatre, the Detroit Repertory Theatre will hold its Annual Black Tie Awards Night and Homecoming Celebration and Performance tonight, November 15, 2014 at 6:30 PM. The Black Tie is the Annual Major Fundraiser for the Theatre. Funds raised at the benefit go to the Theatre's Working Capitol Fund.

Featuring Cole Porter's acclaimed musical score, this comedy knock-out comes to the stage Fridays, today, Sept. 12 and the 19th at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sept. 13 and 20 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Sept. 14 and 21 at 2 p.m.

The Michigan Shakespeare Festival is proud to announce the opening of their 2013/2014 Touring Performances. From November 4, 2013 through May 30, 2014 the MSF tour will perform Macbeth and Romeo & Juliet for high schools, libraries, community organizations, and senior centers throughout Southern Michigan, Northern Indiana and Northern Ohio.
