In the film, the Enemy of the People star would play Jon Landau, the longtime manager of Springsteen (White). Strong is currently starring in the Broadway play, for which he was nominated for his first Tony Award.

According to reports, Jeremy Irons and Helena Bonham Carter will be appearing together in a new film from Neil Jordan, director of 1994's Interview with a Vampire. The film is based on a book by Jordan, The Well of Saint Nobody. In addition to Irons and Carter, actor Aidan Quinn is also set to star in the film. It will begin shooting later this year.
