'Isabelle Huppert reads Sade: Juliette and Justine, the Vice and the Virtue' is the electrifying one-woman show by the internationally renowned, multi-award winning French film actress ISABELLE HUPPERT which she will perform - for one night only - at Southbank Centre's Queen Elizabeth Hall on Saturday June 9th at 7.30pm.

New casting announced for the new National Theatre season. Full cast has been announced for Brian Friel's Translations including Colin Morgan and Ciaran Hinds, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Eric Kofi Abrefa and Thalissa Teixeira join Vanessa Kirby in the cast of Julie, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Sam Mendes directs The Lehman Trilogy, a co-production with Neal Street Productions, cast includes Adam Godley, Ben Miles and Simon Russell Beale. Full casting is announced for the award winning An Octoroon by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, transferring to the National Theatre in a co-production with the Orange Tree Theatre. The NT will tour to 30 venues in 27 towns and cities across the UK and Ireland, for a total of 83 playing weeks over the next year. Rufus Norris' Macbeth to tour to 18 venues across the UK and Ireland from autumn 2018. War Horse returns to the National Theatre marking the centenary of Armistice Day.

The Parisian Woman, the electrifying new play by 'House of Cards' creator Beau Willimon, directed by Tony Award winner Pam MacKinnon (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Clybourne Park), starring Academy Award nominee Uma Thurman in her Broadway debut, opens on Broadway tonight, November 30, at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street). Amphibian Stage Productions, the contemporary theatre cultural explorers call home, has announced its 2018 Season, featuring classic and new work by diverse playwrights, the return of the Phib Comedy Series with an all-star cast of comedians curated by Baron Vaughn, and the ever-popular National Theatre Live screenings in partnership with The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.

The producers of The Parisian Woman, the electrifying new play by 'House of Cards' creator Beau Willimon, announced today that Marton Csokas (Loving, The Lord of the Rings) and Tony Award nominee Phillipa Soo (Hamilton, Amelie) will join Uma Thurman, Josh Lucas and Blair Brown to complete the cast, playing the characters of 'Peter' and 'Rebecca' respectively. Mr. Csokas will be making his Broadway debut.

The Young Vic's highly praised West End production of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, currently playing to capacity each night at the Apollo Theatre, will be broadcast to cinemas around the world on 22 February 2018 marking the fourth collaboration between the Young Vic and National Theatre Live.

Douglas Anderson School of the Arts announced last week that Joe Kemper has been named the theatre department's new Musical Theatre Director. He assumes his new role in mid-August. 

Continuing the resurgence of Tennessee Williams plays is the Young Vic's Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. This is the popular theatre's first production to make its debut in the West End, in contrast to some recent transfers, with the production running at Shaftesbury Avenue's Apollo Theatre for the next 12 weeks.

The Donmar Warehouse announces today two new plays for the 2017 autumn period.  Internationally-acclaimed theatre artist, Yael Farber, makes her Donmar debut directing David Harrower's haunting Knives in Hens with full casting that includes Christian Cook, Judith Roddy and Matt Ryan.  This will be the play's first major London revival since its premiere in 1995, when it instantly established Harrower as one of the UK's leading playwrights.
