Vanguard Theater Company will partner with Montclair Film to present a conversation with acclaimed playwright Jeremy O. Harris, author of the Broadway sensation SLAVE PLAY, as he discusses the art of writing, the power of representation, and the works that have made him one of the theatre's most electrifying voices.

Celebrating 50 years of 'Bringing Dance to Life' in New Orleans, the New Orleans Ballet Association (NOBA) continues its golden anniversary year with a glittering, star-studded 50th Anniversary Evening of Stars on Jan. 25 at 6 p.m., at the Mahalia Jackson Theater.

With a globetrotting 20-year career renowned for being a voice for the people across four decades of political and societal upheaval from the late '90s to today, Antibalas celebrates its 20th Anniversary with a stark return to their Williamsburg roots on its latest Daptone Records studio album, Fu Chronicles (Release Date: February 7, 2020). Pre-gentrified Williamsburg serves as the backdrop for Fu Chronicles -- voyaging back to the early days of when Antibalas and revered soul label Daptone Records spawned out of lead singer Duke Amayo's kung fu dojo. A senior master of the Jow Ga Kung Fu School of martial arts, Duke Amayo along with Antibalas founder/baritone saxophonist Martín Perna guide listeners through an epic journey of where kung fu ingeniously intersects with Afrobeat on Fu Chronicles.

The Joyce Theater Foundation (Linda Shelton, Executive Director) is pleased to announce the long-awaited return of Pacific Northwest Ballet, the company's first NYC season in four years. Presenting two distinct mixed programs, the heralded company, under the direction of former New York City Ballet Principal dancer Peter Boal, will play Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater (20 Lincoln Center Plaza) June 23-28, with a special gala performance on June 25. In January 2020, Joe's Pub presents its annual slate of showcases coinciding with APAP|NYC 2020, the yearly Association of Performing Artists Presenters conference drawing presenters from around the world, January 10-14. The month will also include the fifth installment of Under the Radar + Joe's Pub: In Concert, a collaborative series highlighting multidisciplinary artists at the intersection of music and theater during The Public Theater's innovative Under the Radar Festival, January 8-19.

Galactic are pleased to announce their 25th anniversary tour, a celebration they're excited to share with fans across the country as they look back on their storied history together as a band. Over the past quarter century, the renowned New Orleans group have released 10 studio albums, played countless gigs and festivals throughout the world, and within the last year, partnered together to purchase and preserve the legacy of the legendary Tipitina's club. This coming February and March they will play shows across the US, with alternating guests including Anders Osbourne, Chali 2na, Jackie Green, Dirty Revival, Naughty Professor, and Southern Avenue. Joining Galactic on stage as the featured singer for this tour will be New Orleans native Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, a singer who's musical gifts have seen her talent tapped by artists such as Michelle Williams, Faith Evans, and Norah Jones. Celebrated star of the Berlin stage Katharine Mehrling returns to Joe's Pub on Saturday, October 5 at 7pm. The performance follows her smash hit New York concert debut last year, where she stopped the show with four standing ovations.

Berkshire Theatre Group presents A Night in New Orleans: Celebrating Dr. John and Charles & Art Neville with Rev Tor & Friends at The Colonial Theatre on Friday, September 20 at 8pm. Tickets are $25.

Robbie Robertson, Sebastian Robertson, and Keith Wortman of Blackbird Presents are thrilled to announce the return of the highly acclaimed The Last Waltz Tour. This epic tour captures the excitement of The Band's historic 1976 Thanksgiving concert at the famed Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco hailed as one of the greatest rock concerts of all time.

Nathan Lee Graham (Zoolander, "LA to Vegas") Nadia Quinn (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson), Josh Sharp (Comedy Central's "The Opposition"), and Phillip Taratula ("The Outs") have joined the cast of Justin Sayre's camp-horror-soap-opera Ravenswood Manor at JOE'S PUB on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at 9:30 PM. After premiering at the venue last fall, Ravenswood Manor will be continued with episodes 7 thru 9 on Saturday, and episodes 10 through 12 on Sunday.
