The Old Vic today announces casting for Lucy Prebble's new play A Very Expensive Poison, based on the book by Luke Harding and directed by John Crowley. The cast includes Thomas Arnold, Tom Brooke, MyAnna Buring, Callum Coates, Marc Graham, Amanda Hadingue, Yasmine Holness-Dove, Lloyd Hutchinson, Robyn Moore, Peter Polycarpou, Sarah Seggari, Michael Shaeffer, Reece Shearsmith, Gavin Spokes and Bea Svistunenko. A Very Expensive Poison opens at The Old Vic on 5 September with previews from 20 August.

Audiences have less than 6 short weeks to catch the acclaimed West End production of The Twilight Zone. Following the Almeida's sell-out run in 2017-2018, the highly successful West End transfer running at the Ambassadors Theatre must end with the season finale on Saturday 1 June 2019. The production will then be rocketing to a new dimension and setting its sights on the US.

Recognised as one of the world's most iconic musicals, tickets for Sarah Frankcom's reimagining of this Broadway classic, with new choreography by Aletta Collins, have been in high demand from the moment the production was originally announced and were close to selling out before the previews had even begun. This Thursday, 17 January, the Royal Opera House's Linbury Theatre, the West End's newest and most intimate venue, opens with its first live performance. Extensively redesigned and refurbished as part of the ROH's Open Up project, London's latest state-of-the-art theatre will open with TRIOConcertDance, a mixed programme of contemporary choreography.
