As a hurricane descends upon New York City, devoted Stephen discovers that his boyfriend, Blake, has been experimenting within the subculture of S&M under the pretense of research for a book. At the insistence of his sharp-tongue friend, Jack, Stephen confronts Blake’s infidelities and, ultimately, the man who has come between them. Submission is a sexy dark comedy that asks the audience to confront and examine their own relationship with kink and intimacy.
